Website

The content of this site is for information purposes. The full contractual terms of the software are accepted when registering in the application; those of the certification are finalised in the contract signed by the parties.

Software

• Monthly or yearly plans, prices excluding VAT, online payment from the application.
• 14-day trial with Manager plan features, available once.
• Buying the software is not tied to the certification.

Certification

• Completing the self-assessment form counts as a purchase order. If the company is not certifiable, only the fixed cost is due (€250.00).
• The invoice is issued at the end of the certification process.
• Payment in monthly instalments or as a single payment with a 10% discount. Launch offer of 30% until 31/12/2026, not cumulative.
• Valid for one year; from the second year a maintenance fee equal to 50% of the certification fee is due.
• In case of non-payment the certification is revoked and services are suspended.
• Any travel costs for on-site assessments are quoted separately.
